The role covers first, second, and third shifts as a hands-on leadership position within an experienced supervisory team, guiding a crew of 15–25 production staff to meet quality and productivity goals.

Responsibilities include directing daily production activities, coaching and developing employees, ensuring food safety, sanitation, and GMP

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.
