The role covers first, second, and third shifts, leading a team of 15–25 employees to ensure safe, high-quality output while meeting production goals. This hands-on leadership position offers room for growth within an established supervisory team and emphasizes coaching, training, and effective shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
