Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking Production Supervisors for a well-established food manufacturer’s bakery operations in North Carolina. The role leads a team of 15–25 on first, second, or third shifts, ensuring safe, high‑quality output while meeting production goals.

You’ll coach and develop staff, uphold food safety and GMPs, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues. This hands‑on leadership position offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
