Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking Production Supervisors for a bakery operation on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. The role oversees a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts to meet safety and quality goals while achieving production targets.

Responsibilities include daily staffing, coaching, enforcing GMPs, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and drive efficiency improvements.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
