Job summary

Management Performance Associates is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in North Carolina. Serve as a hands-on leader overseeing 15–25 production employees across multiple shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals.

You will partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement within an established supervisory team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading employees in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods is especially relevant.
• Ability to lead, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
