Saint Cyr Partners in Rocky Mount, NC seeks Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. This on-site, full-time role spans first, second, and third shifts, leading a team of 15–25 employees to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

You will coach and develop staff, maintain GMPs and safety, and collaborate with maintenance and quality to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen foods experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work assigned shifts.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
