This hands-on leadership role offers growth alongside an established supervisory team. Relevant bakery or frozen-food experience is valued, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Formación

• Proven experience supervising production teams in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen foods experience is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
