The role involves weighing ingredients, adjusting process parameters, and maintaining sanitation throughout shifts.

The position requires strong attendance, the ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, and flexibility for overtime to support production goals.

• Ability to safely operate in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment.
• Ability to read, write, understand numbers, follow directions, and complete production records.
• Ability to follow recipes, batch sheets, and SOPs.
