The Campbell's Company in Hanover, PA is seeking a Bakery Processing Operator to help produce high-quality bakery products. You will operate processing equipment and ensure a continuous flow of product to packaging lines, following batch sheets and recipes with a strong focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence.

This role requires reading and following work instructions, maintaining product quality, and performing adjustments as needed.

Operate bakery processing equipment to meet quality and food safety standards.
Read batch sheets and recipes and adjust as needed to maintain consistency.
Monitor temperature, moisture, and ingredient weights and make needed adjustments.
Maintain sanitation and 5S standards during cleanups and changeovers.
Record production data accurately and report issues to leadership.
Assist with changeovers and basic equipment troubleshooting when needed.
