Job summary

Campbell's in Hanover, PA is seeking a Bakery Processing Operator for the 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Mon-Fri). Starting pay is $22.50/hour, with total rewards including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits from day one.

You will operate bakery processing equipment, monitor ingredients and temperatures, follow batch sheets, and maintain quality, safety and 5S standards while supporting overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow batch sheets and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Teamwork and clear communication in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work independently within guidelines and trained procedures.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform related duties.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate bakery processing equipment to meet quality and safety standards.
• Read batch sheets and recipes and monitor ingredients, temps, moisture, mix times and weights.
• Adjust equipment to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Monitor production flow, remove non-conforming products, and ensure proper changeovers.
• Perform sanitation, documentation, and basic maintenance tasks as required.
• Track production records and ensure accurate logs and reports.
