Qualifications

• MUST HAVE: ability to operate in a manufacturing environment.
• Must read, understand and follow work instructions and batch sheets.
• Strong attention to quality and food safety.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and focus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently within guidelines.
• Must meet physical requirements: standing, lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate bakery processing equipment to meet quality and safety standards.
• Mix ingredients, monitor temperature and moisture, and adjust as needed.
• Read batch sheets and production instructions accurately.
• Perform changeovers and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Document production records and ensure sanitation procedures are followed.
• Monitor for foreign material and report issues to leadership.
• Move raw materials using forklifts and pallet jacks; manage inventory levels.
