Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Franklin, Wisconsin is seeking a Bakery Processing Operator. You will operate and monitor bakery processing equipment, maintain the flow of quality product to packaging lines, and ensure safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met daily.

This day shift requires overtime as needed and a schedule from 5:45 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 12-hour, 2-2-3 rotation and weekend variability. You should be able to read batch sheets, weigh ingredients accurately, keep production

Qualifications

Must read, write, and understand numbers and follow directions.
Able to follow recipes, batch sheets, and safety guidelines.
Able to troubleshoot routine issues and adjust equipment.
Able to work independently and with the production team.
Able to operate material-handling equipment with proper training.

Responsibilities

Safely operate bakery processing equipment to produce products per QA guidelines.
Weigh ingredients accurately and follow batch sheets.
Monitor product temperatures, moisture, and weights, adjusting as needed.
Inspect product quality and remove non-conforming items.
Maintain production records and sanitation procedures.
Perform routine equipment adjustments and preventive maintenance.
