The role offers 3rd shift hours (10:30 pm–6:30 am) with an hourly rate of $20.00–$21.25, and opportunities to grow within a collaborative, safety‑minded team dedicated to excellence in baking.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food manufacturing or production preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures precisely.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic data entry for production documentation.
• Commitment to GMP, food safety and sanitation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, scale, and mix ingredients accurately per recipes and specs.
• Monitor dough temperature and texture to ensure target characteristics.
• Control ingredient usage, inventory, and lot traceability.
• Operate within Rheon Line capacity limits for efficiency.
• Document mixing data and production records (MOVEX).
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized work areas.
