Sprouts Farmers Market in Orlando is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead Bakery Clerks and support the Bakery Manager in daily operations. You will focus on high-quality baked goods, customer service, and efficient department performance.

The role requires at least two years in retail grocery with supervisory experience, strong teamwork, flexibility for nights and weekends, and the ability to stand and lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' retail grocery experience with two years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Bakery team.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items.
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and monitor quality of Bakery product.
• Unload deliveries and operate bakery equipment.
• Adhere to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and ensure staff compliance.
