Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead Bakery Clerks and assist the Bakery Manager in daily department operations. You will help manage inventory, displays, and quality while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires 2+ years in retail grocery with supervisory experience, flexibility for shifts including nights and weekends, and strong communication skills to lead a team effectively.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of two years' retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Be dependable with the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes night, weekends, and holidays.
• Have and show an outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers.
• Excellent communication skills; able to give and receive direction in a team environment.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitization in the department.
• Proficient with knives, scales, wrappers, compactors, and hand trucks.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift items up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Bakery Manager in supervising Bakery Clerks and daily department operations.
• Manage and merchandise the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, product quality, and team supervision.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Inspect incoming items for damage and maintain output quality.
• Ensure customer service and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Unload store deliveries and maintain deli equipment.
