Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with at least 2 years of retail grocery experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with customers and team members.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to handle phones and take special orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per standards.
• Ability to operate knives, scales, wrappers and other equipment.
• Stand and lift for extended periods as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily output, baking, production and display of bakery products.
• Supervise product quality, inventory, and bakery budget.
• Evaluate operations and implement improved practices.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and food handling compliance.
• Manage ordering, receiving, unloading and storage.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Manage inventory, pricing, labor and other operations per Sprouts standards.
• Plan orders to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Lead, coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
