Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead the Bakery Clerks and assist the Bakery Manager in daily operations. You will manage merchandising, inventory, and displays, ensuring product quality and excellent customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires 18+ with 2+ years in grocery and supervision, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Competitive pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with two years of retail grocery experience and two years of supervisory experience.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Have good communication skills and the ability to take and give directions in a team.
• Be able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitize work areas.
• Be able to operate knives, scales, wrappers, and hand trucks as needed and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Adhere to safety, health, sanitation guidelines and obtain a Food Handlers permit.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Bakery Manager in leading the Bakery Clerks and supervising department operations.
• Manage merchandising, ordering, inventory controls, and displays for productivity and profit.
• Ensure quality, service, and customer satisfaction in daily bakery operations.
• Unload deliveries and maintain deli equipment; monitor product freshness.
• Uphold company health, safety, and sanitation standards.
