Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure items are prepared, packaged, and presented cleanly.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment; clean shelves and floors; sweep as needed.
• Stock, rotate, and ensure pricing accuracy; log and inspect product shipments for quality and temperature.
