Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across bakery processes. The role is onsite four days per week with exposure to the pulse of the business.

You will coordinate with Materials Management, monitor line performance, train and develop team members, and collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and meet customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or food production.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret production schedules, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to train, lead, and effectively communicate with teams in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality.
• Coordinate production schedules with Materials Management to meet inventory and customer demand.
• Monitor line performance, including downtime and waste, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve operational issues.
• Train and develop team members on quality standards, equipment operation, and procedures.
