Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in manufacturing, production or general labor.
• Ability to understand and follow recipes, instructions and SOPs.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to document production and traceability in computer systems.
• Ability to read scales and temperature readings and understand production controls.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and scale ingredients accurately according to production recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain ingredient traceability, inventory accuracy, and production documentation.
• Support efficient production flow by supplying ingredients to mixing operations on schedule.
• Operate weighing, scanning, and data-entry systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe ingredient preparation and storage areas.
• Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Adhere to GMP, food safety, health, safety, and security requirements while promoting a safe work environment.
