Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery – Relief for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM). You will ensure production line coverage, support multiple processes, and uphold quality, safety, and food safety standards.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, at least 6 months in a production role, ability to read scales, knowledge of dough mixing, and the stamina to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• 6+ months in Ingredient Operator or similar production role.
• Knowledge of dough mixing and production equipment.
• Ability to read scales and temperature readings.
• Basic math and ability to record production data.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Ensure production line coverage across bakery operations.
• Operate multiple processes while maintaining product quality.
• Follow SOPs, equipment guidelines, and work practices.
• Collaborate with Operators and Leads to optimize line performance.
• Identify issues and support waste reduction and productivity improvements.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Maintain GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety compliance.
