Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery Relief for our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. The role focuses on operating and monitoring high-speed donut and bread production lines while upholding GMP and food safety standards.

The position requires 3rd shift, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, and weekend availability. You will collaborate with line staff and leadership to maintain steady production and quality across the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.
• Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor highspeed donut and bread production lines to meet safety, quality, and production standards.
• Set up production line equipment and ensure smooth, continuous operations throughout the shift.
• Maintain adequate raw material supply at the line to prevent downtime; communicate with line staff and leadership to address issues.
• Uphold GMP, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Support material movement and finished goods handling using pallet jacks as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and participating in AOE pillar activities.
