Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Bakery Operations Manager in Manchester, NH to lead day-to-day bakery operations, hire and develop a strong team, and own guest satisfaction while driving sales and performance.

You will coach Shift Leaders and Crew, manage scheduling, ensure quality and safety, and partner with district leadership to grow the business in a fast-paced, late-night environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in fast-paced settings.
• Hands-on, player-coach leadership style and willingness to jump in where needed.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, develop, and retain great teams.
• Strong hospitality mindset and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day bakery operations and staffing.
• Maintain quality, speed, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Own scheduling and labor, balance team needs with business needs.
• Manage ordering, inventory, rotation, shrink, and controls.
• Lead through busy shifts and address gaps quickly.
