Job summary

Insomnia Cookies, a fast-growing bakery brand, is seeking a Bakery Operations Manager in Philadelphia to lead daily operations, hire and develop Shift Leaders and Cookie Crew, and own the results of the business.

You will coach teams through busy nights, ensure guest satisfaction, and collaborate with district leadership to grow sales while maintaining the brand’s Always Warm promise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to work a bakery‑driven schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Hands-on leader who coaches and develops teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation of the bakery with staffing, readiness and setup.
• Maintain high standards for cookie quality, speed, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Manage scheduling and labor to balance team needs with business needs.
• Drive sales and bakery performance while coaching staff and leading shifts.
• Lead local marketing and community engagement to grow traffic.
