Insomnia Cookies in Detroit is seeking a Bakery Operations Manager to lead a high-energy team and own the bakery’s performance. You’ll hire, train, and coach Shift Leaders and Crew to deliver warm, fast service and premium cookie quality across all shifts.

In this hands-on role you’ll own scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and guest experience, driving sales while ensuring safety and company standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in fast-paced food service.
• Ability to work a schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong hospitality and guest experience focus.
• Proven hiring, coaching, and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day bakery operations and staffing.
• Maintain product quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety.
