Insomnia Cookies in Richardson, TX is seeking an Assistant Bakery Operations Manager in Training to join our growing team. You will work closely with the Bakery Operations Manager to lead daily bakery operations, develop a capable shift team, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience coaching, motivating, and developing hourly team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day bakery operations with the BOM to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Coach and develop Shift Leaders and Cookie Crew members with real-time feedback.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training to build a strong, fully staffed team.
• Help create schedules and manage labor to meet bakery needs.
• Maintain high standards for product quality and cleanliness.
