• 1+ year of leadership experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or another customer-focused environment.
• Experience coaching, motivating, and developing hourly team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day bakery operations with your BOM to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Manage the bakery independently when BOM is away and keep the team focused.
• Coach, motivate, and develop Shift Leaders and Cookie Crew members with real-time feedback and support.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training to build a strong, fully staffed team.
• Help create schedules and manage labor to meet bakery and business needs.
• Support ordering, inventory management, product rotation, and shrink control.
• Maintain high standards for quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
