Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years leadership experience in retail, hospitality or food service.
• Experience managing guest experience, team scheduling and costs.
• Food safety training or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.

• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Oversee cake production, inventory, scheduling and daily financials.
