Nothing Bundt Cakes #248 is seeking a Bakery Manager/Lead Operator to direct the team and day-to-day operations. You will manage guest experiences, cake production, merchandising, and inventory while driving sales and profitability in a community-focused bakery.

You will champion NbC core values, train staff, handle scheduling and budgeting, and ensure top-tier product quality and service in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery team and prioritize guest experience.
• Recruit, train and manage performance; conduct reviews.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling and deposits.
• Manage special-order fulfillment and large orders.
• Set weekly sales targets and staff schedules.
• Control inventory par levels and weekly orders.
• Ensure food safety standards and NbC policies.
• Oversee expenses to maximize profitability.
• Lead local marketing and community outreach.
• Represent NbC brand and culture.
