Insomnia Cookies seeks an Assistant Bakery Operations Manager to lead day-to-day bakery operations alongside the Bakery Operations Manager. You will build an energized, well-trained team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and own tasks from staffing to quality and cleanliness.

You’ll coach and develop staff, step in when needed, and learn the business to eventually run your own Insomnia bakery. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of leadership experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or another customer-focused environment.
• Experience coaching, motivating, and developing hourly team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day bakery operations with BOM to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Independently lead the bakery when BOM is away, ensuring smooth operations.
• Coach and develop Shift Leaders and Crew through feedback and support.
• Assist recruiting, onboarding, and training to build a fully staffed team.
• Create schedules and manage labor to meet bakery needs.
• Support inventory, product rotation, and shrink control.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Identify opportunities to improve bakery performance with leadership.
