Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Manager to oversee the Bakery Department's overall performance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will manage baking output, maintain product quality, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service and fresh bakery products.

The role emphasizes safety, cost control, scheduling, and staff development to ensure a top-quality customer experience in our store. You will collaborate with store leadership to drive sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 2 years' retail grocery experience.
• Flexible schedule including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly with a positive attitude toward team Members and customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to give and take direction in a team environment.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Operate equipment and maintain sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily output baking, production, and display of bakery products.
• Supervise product quality, monitor inventory, and manage the bakery budget.
• Evaluate operations to identify strengths and areas for improvement; implement better practices.
• Ensure safety, proper food handling, sanitation, and productivity standards.
• Recruit, hire, promote, and develop team members; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Lead scheduling and staffing to maximize productivity and efficiency.
