Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 2 years' retail grocery experience.
• Be dependable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with positive attitude toward customers and team members.
• Good communication and ability to take direction in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily output baking, production, and display of bakery products.
• Supervise product quality, monitor inventory, and manage bakery budget.
• Develop improved practices to enhance department operations and safety standards.
• Arrange correct ordering, receiving, unloading, and storage of goods.
• Build displays, rotate merchandise, and ensure pricing integrity.
• Plan and staff schedules to maximize sales and productivity.
• Lead and coach team members, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
