Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead the Bakery Department, ensuring top-quality products and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will oversee daily bakery operations, supervise staff, manage inventory and budgeting, and collaborate with store leadership to drive sales and profitability while upholding safety and sanitation standards. The role requires 2+ years in retail grocery and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 2 years' retail grocery experience.
• Have and show outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude toward team members and customers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily output baking, production, and display of bakery products.
• Supervise product quality, monitor inventory, and manage the bakery budget.
• Plan and execute staffing and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Recruit, hire, and promote team members in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
