Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead the Bakery Department, drive quality, safety, and guest experience in a fast-paced store environment.

You will manage daily baking output, supervise staff, control inventory and budgets, and uphold company standards for safety and sanitation while delivering outstanding service and merchandising excellence across displays and promotions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail grocery experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily output, baking, production and display of bakery products.
• Supervise quality, inventory, and budget for the bakery.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement better practices.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and proper food handling standards.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, and storage; rotate merchandise.
• Lead staffing and scheduling to maximize productivity and profit.
