Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Tech 2, Bakery Maintenance for the Newark, CA bakery on 2nd shift. You will maintain and repair bakery equipment, fabricate stainless-steel components, and support preventive maintenance while upholding food safety and quality standards.

You will work with SOPs and document maintenance activities using SAP EAM, ensuring safe and reliable operations in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Technical certificate in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing repair.
• Experience reading blueprints and performing preventive maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Fabricate and assemble stainless-steel components and equipment using welding techniques.
• Perform preventive maintenance and overhauls to ensure safe bakery equipment operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose electrical systems including PLCs, VFDs, 3-phase equipment, and lighting controls.
• Maintain facilities through building repairs, painting, roofing, carpentry, and lighting.
