Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in general maintenance or related responsibilities.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to identify equipment failures and maintenance needs.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and perform basic repair work.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to support reliability.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Set up, start up, and shut down manufacturing and packaging equipment safely.
• Monitor equipment condition and communicate maintenance, safety, and operational concerns.
• Support compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, allergen, and food defense requirements.
• Maintain maintenance and operational documentation.
• Promote a safe work environment through safety procedures and housekeeping.
