Aspire Bakeries USA in Stockton, CA is seeking a Journeyman Engineer to maintain bakery equipment and facility systems, troubleshoot issues, and support preventive maintenance and food safety practices.

You will work with electrical systems, PLCs, and automation, read schematics, and help train maintenance staff while coordinating with production leaders for reliable operation. This role requires physical agility and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mechanic experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, complete, and document work orders and maintenance records.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.
• English literacy at an elementary level.

Responsabilités

• Maintain facility and production equipment in a safe, sanitary and operational state to support daily production requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, steam, water, hydraulics, pneumatics, refrigeration and related equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, blueprints and technical documentation.
• Apply advanced knowledge of PLCs and electrical troubleshooting to ensure equipment reliability.
