Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail grocery and 2 years supervisory experience.
• 18+ years old and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Adhere to safety, health and sanitation guidelines; Food Handlers permit.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in supervising Bakery Clerks and daily department operations.
• Manage merchandising for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls and Bakery team.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Monitor product quality and customer service.
• Unload deliveries and operate deli equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
