Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with two years of retail grocery experience and two years of supervision.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Maintain department cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in supervising and merchandising for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality and staff supervision.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damage and ensure service quality.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Operate deli equipment and support fast-paced environment.
