Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Be dependable with flexible schedule including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.

Responsabilités

• Assist Bakery Manager in managing the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering and inventory controls and supervise the Bakery team.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays to optimize sales.
• Monitor incoming cases for damage and ensure product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
