Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead Bakery Clerks and assist the Bakery Manager in the daily supervision of Bakery Department operations. You will help manage inventory, order products, and maintain quality while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, friendly setting.

The role requires strong leadership, 2+ years in retail grocery with supervisory experience, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Must be 18+ with ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and operate basic bakery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Bakery team.
• Execute rotation of merchandise and building of displays and ensure safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
