Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead Bakery Clerks and assist the Bakery Manager in daily department supervision.

This role emphasizes customer service, productivity, and safe, quality bakery operations in a fast-paced store environment. Ideal candidates bring retail grocery and supervisory experience, flexible scheduling, and strong communication to maintain high standards in product handling, displays, and staff collaboration.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of two years' retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Have outgoing, friendly behavior and positive attitude with customers.
• Strong communication and ability to take directions in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Bakery team.
• Execute rotation of merchandise and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items and ensure product quality.
• Deliver excellent customer service and monitor Bakery product quality.
• Unload/store deliveries and operate bakery equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and train others.
