Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Key Holder in Baton Rouge to support daily bakery operations and guest service. You will assist with opening/closing, processing transactions, and coordinating orders between Guest Services and the Bakery.

In this role, you will help maintain cleanliness and organization, while using the POS system and handling various clerical tasks to ensure a smooth guest experience. Must be flexible for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Daily operations support and guest service responsibilities.
• Cash-drawer balancing and maintenance of POS accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitates the opening and closing of the bakery, including cash-drawer balancing and bank deposits.
• Assist guests with their orders in person and by phone.
• Operate and balance the POS with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate the timing of all orders between Guest Services and Bakery Departments.
• Co-manages special-order fulfillment via web and email for individuals and accounts.
