Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Baton Rouge seeks a Lead/Key Holder to create a warm, welcoming guest experience and support daily bakery operations. You will manage orders, assist with cake decorations and sales, and ensure an organized, inviting display.

Flexibility for various shifts is required, with weekend availability and strong customer service as core focus. Training in NbC SWEET Steps and brand standards ensures consistency and joy for guests.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience as a shift leader is a plus.
• Ability to supervise opening/closing tasks and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and determine needs to provide superior service.
• Educate guests on cake options, prices, and promotions.
• Process orders using the Toast POS system accurately.
• Maintain clean bakery presentation and inventory displays.
• Assemble cake and balloon orders per customer specs.
• Coordinate opening/closing tasks and secure the bakery.
