Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Morristown, NJ, is seeking a Guest Service Representative to greet guests warmly, educate them on cake options, and help create memorable celebrations. You will handle orders, upsell accessories, and keep the bakery inviting and organized.

As the first brand contact, you will provide friendly, efficient service and follow NbC standards for safety and appearance. Flexible shifts and weekend availability are encouraged for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• No formal education or work experience required; guest service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests with warmth to determine interests and needs.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on NbC cake options, sizes, flavors, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations (balloons, candles, cards).
• Process guest orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Ensure clean and organized bakery presentation and maintain display cases.
• Assist in cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and hygiene.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
