Qualifications

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• Guest service experience at bakery, restaurant or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests warmly and determine needs.
• Educate guests on NbC cake options, sizes, flavors, pricing and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise to celebrate occasions.
• Process guest orders accurately using the POS system.
• Keep bakery clean and organized and restock display cases.
• Assist with cake decorations and packaging materials as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and NbC dress code.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
