Nothing Bundt Cakes in Broken Arrow is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to greet guests, explain cake options, assist with celebrations, and handle orders at the POS. You’ll help keep the bakery welcoming, restock displays, and support the Crafter with decorations while following health and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, multitasking, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced bakery environment with flexible scheduling to accommodate busy periods.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• No formal education or work experience required, but guest service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests with warmth and enthusiasm to determine interests and needs.
• Educate guests on NbC cake options, sizes, flavors, pricing and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise (balloons, candles, cards) to complete celebrations.
• Process guest orders accurately using the POS system and invite guests to join the rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, organized bakery presentation and assist with cake decorations as needed.
• Restock retail merchandise and display case to ensure strong visuals.
• Follow health, safety, dress code and NbC policies and procedures.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
