Qualifications
- One year of experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to work across front-of-house and back-of-house roles.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and connect with guests.
- Maintain service quality by delivering premium guest service.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored suggestions.
- Handle guest transactions efficiently and professionally.
- Deliver product on an as-needed basis.
- Perform shifts to open and close the bakery.
- Perform dishwasher duties as needed.
- Assist culinary team as needed.
- Ensure all food is prepared, stored and handled per safety codes.
