Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Quick service food handling experience in hospitality or F&B is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule as needed by the business.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive guest and team member experience and address dissatisfaction.
• Communicate product offerings, new initiatives and bakery updates.
• Drive sales by partnering with culinary team to exceed guest expectations.
• Handle daily operations: logs, meal breaks, food safety and COVID procedures.
