Job summary

SusieCakes Bakery is looking for team members to greet guests, deliver premium service, and handle orders with accuracy. You will engage with customers, answer questions about our desserts, and support the culinary team as needed in a warm, neighborhood bakery environment.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to safely utilize bakery equipment.
• Ability to work in flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and connect with guests while delivering premium service.
• Take and hand out guest orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Answer questions about daily offerings and pricing with confidence.
• Perform shifts to open and close the bakery and support culinary staff as needed.
